One million francs released for emergency aid
The two hurricanes Eta and Iota have caused huge destruction and suffering in Central America in recent weeks. The countries of Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua have been particularly affected.
We are releasing one million Swiss francs from our emergency aid fund so that our partner NGOs on the ground can provide essential emergency aid without delay. With this money they can help those worst affected to repair their houses, replace lost harvests and get access to food and water.
