The following positions are currently available:
Administrative assistant, 40-50%, 6-month fixed-term contract
The employee will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Handling the administrative aspects of international aid projects: entering funding applications
into the management software, drafting standard letters, contracts
and other documents, managing correspondence
• Organising online and offline meetings, managing the participation of external contributors
• Supporting evaluations and other consultancies: disseminating calls for tenders,
receiving bids, drafting contracts, compiling document files
• Disseminating information to partner organisations
• Compiling data for quarterly monitoring of international aid activities
Requirements
• Commercial/administrative training
• At least three years' professional experience in an administrative secretarial role, experience in humanitarian aid or international cooperation desirable
• Fluency in French and English
• Personal responsibility, flexibility, initiative and implementation skills

possibility of teleworking up to 50%.
