In 2008 Cyclone Nargis devastated the coastal region of Myanmar. Tens of thousands of people lost their lives in tidal waves.

28.03.2025: Earthquake in South-East Asia

A violent earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 struck several regions of South-East Asia on Friday. Swiss Solidarity is urgently appealing for donations to help the victims of this disaster in Myanmar.
